Paypal shipping question?
I sold a person a product online. He sent a payment through paypal. Do I have to ship the item through paypal OR can I send it the way I want and save money?? If I send it the way I want will my money transfer into my bank account and how does this all work? Please explain how this works for I am new to shipping with paypal.
You can ship the cheapest way you want.to get your money out of paypal,click on withdrawl,and fill out the amount you want to transfer and submit,it will transfer to your account in about 3 days.

You did charge for shipping right? You can go too the post office and ship it alot cheaper than anywhere else… If you use paypal to create a shipping label, you will have to pay paypal for shipping… That will be much more expensive. To get the money, you need to go into your paypal account and transfer funds… then it wil ask you where you want to transfer…. If you want it in your bank account, it usually takes 3-5 days

Paypal is used only for payment and money transfers. You can ship through the regular post office, UPS, or FEDEX without going through paypal.
When you want to transfer money to your bank account, you need to log in to paypal first. Make sure you are on the tab that says My Account. Hover over the words 'Withdraw' and click on 'Transfer to Bank Account'. From there, you will type in the amount you would like to transfer to your bank account and then verify the amount etc.

you can click on "print shipping label" the buyers address will automaticlly print on the label. you can decide how to ship ie 1st class, parcel post, priority, etc. you will be asked for the weight so you may want to get a scale. i recommend delivery confirmation to cover your ass. buyers can say they never received the item and paypal takes the money out of your account and you lose the case, but if you have delivery confirmation you are all set. DC on line is $.18 and free w/ priority opposed to $.75 and $.65 priority at the usps. you also get a discounted rate clicking and shipping. i send about 300 items a month so thats how i do it. i walk into the usps and go to the counter with a hugh bag and hand it over even if there is a long line, you don't have to wait, thats another benifit
